Full-time student finance – deadline approaching!
If you work with students who are starting university or college this year, it’s time to remind them that the deadline to apply for student finance is 27 May 2016.

Students who don’t apply before this date might not get their money in time for the start of their course - so encourage them to apply now!

The easiest way for them to apply is online at www.gov.uk/studentfinance

If they’ve already started their application online, encourage them to log back into their student finance account and finish it before the deadline. Students don’t need a confirmed place at university or college as they can use their preferred course and change it later.

Share our interactive quick start guides with your students, you’ll find them at www.sfengland.slc.co.uk/quickstartguides
