You will need to use these details to login to our website or if you contact us by phone, so choose details you are likely to remember but that can't be easily guessed by someone else.

If you forget or misplace your login details you can reset these from our website - new details will be sent to your email address.

Create internet password

* Create password	Passwords are case-sensitive and must be between 8 and 16 characters in length and must contain at least one alphanumeric character. They are also blocked from containing easily guessed words and sequences such as your username or password1.
* Confirm password
Passwords Passwords are case-sensitive and need to be a minimum of 8 characters and a maximum of 16 characters long. Your Password must contain at least one numeric digit and cannot be the same as your Secret Answer. You will need to use your Password each time you login to your account or contact us, so your Password should be a word that you can easily remember but is unlikely to be guessed by anyone else. There are certain common words and combinations which cannot be used as a valid password. These are: Your own name followed by a number; Combinations or sequences such as: aaaaaa1, 12345678, 123456789, 1234567890, 00000000, etc... Certain commonly used passwords such as: mypassword1, password1-9, Password1-9, passw0rd, pa55word, pas5word, pa5sword, pas5w0rd, pa5sw0rd, internet0-9, Internet0-9, 1internet Please make sure that you keep your passwords secret.

Choose a new secret question and answer

* Secret question
* Secret answer	Answers are case-sensitive and should have at least 4 characters and should be a maximum of 16 characters long, they must consist of characters from either A - Z or between 0 - 9.
* Confirm secret answer
Secret Answers Secret Answers are case-sensitive and need to be a minimum of 4 characters and a maximum of 16 characters long. Your Secret Answer can contain any combination of letters or digits, and must not be the same as your Password. You will need to use your Secret Answer each time you login to your account or contact us, so your Secret Answer should be a word that you can easily remember but is unlikely to be guessed by anyone else. Please do not tell anyone your Secret Answer.
