The student needs to creat a link to the sponsor from their own account - otherwise the sponsor won't see the name 'John Henry Bonham'. In this case, the student should log back in and check they have linked to the sponsor correctly.
Sponsors who submitted a Current Year Income form see a different message, and screens.
