What's changed in 2012/13

Disclaimer ... this is only a demo

This demo is aimed at student finance practitioners in England, so that they can provide guidance to students and their parents and partners.

We've made every effort to make this demo as close as possible to the real 2012/13 application.

However, changes are always made to the application during each academic year, so we can't guarantee that every page in the demo is 100% accurate.

If in doubt, contact Student Finance England or a Regional Consultant.

We have included as many screens as possible for this demo, however, on the real online application some screens will only appear if the student answers a question in a way that requires more information.

Search

This is a search engine that allows you to search the demo for a specific page. There is a pre-populated list of search terms that will autocomplete as you type but you can also enter search terms manually.

Note - We are still fine tuning the search engine so you may experience some issues with it at the moment.

Save, Save and continue, Save and exit ...

In the real online application, the customer can return to the 'My Account' page at any time. Their information will be saved up to the last page they completed.

Their information will also be saved if they use the 'save' button.

If they leave the online application for more than 15 minutes, they are automatically logged out and may lose some work, up to the end of the last section.
