For the following questions, we're interested in your income and expenditure for tax year 2010/11.

This might include salary, taxable benefits in kind, pensions and other benefits such as Job Seeker's Allowances.

Self-assessed online tax returns to HMRC during 2010-11

If you completed a tax return to HMRC in 2010/11, please log in to your online HMRC account to find the answers to these questions. At the end, you can print off your HMRC tax return and send this in as evidence.

Tax forms

To answer the income questions, you might need the following forms, if you used these for your returns to HMRC:

  • P60
  • P11D
  • SA100 to SA107
  • SA200

Complete the sections in any order

  • A green 'tick' appears when a section is complete.
  • If you still need to complete a section, there will be a circle next to the section's title.
  • Click on 'help' under each question for more information.
  • If you need to stop at any time (even for just a few minutes) you can click the 'Save' button to save the information you have entered up to that point.
