Did you receive Working Tax Credits or Child Tax Credits?
Please answer yes or no. We need to know if you received Working Tax
Credit or Child Tax Credit in order to accurately assess the student's
entitlement to student finance.
If you submitted an online tax return in 2009-10, log in to your online HMRC account and select 'View your calculation' to find the answer to this question. At the end of your online application for student finance, you can print off your HMRC calculations and send these in as evidence.
SA100 and SA200 form
If you submitted a paper SA100 or SA200 form in tax year 2009-10, the total 'non lump sum pension amount' can be found on form SA100 TR3 - box 7 or SA200 - box 4.1.
Total (lump sum) amount received from a State Retirement Pension
If you submitted an online tax return in 2009-10, log in to your online HMRC account and select 'View your calculation' to find the answer to this question. At the end of your online application for student finance, you can print off your HMRC calculations and send these in as evidence.
SA106 and SA200 form
If you submitted a paper SA100 or SA200 form in tax year 2009-10, the total 'lump sum pension amount' can be found on form SA100 - box 8.
